Refund Policy
Service Guarantees
Our commitment to your satisfaction and service quality.
1. Service Payment Terms
Payment for automotive services is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks for approved customers. Estimates are provided before any work begins and require your approval.
2. Parts Returns
OEM and aftermarket parts purchased through us may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:
- The part is in its original packaging and unused
- The part is accompanied by the original receipt
- Special order parts are non-returnable
3. Labor Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will work with you to make it right. If an issue arises from our workmanship, we will correct it at no additional labor cost within the warranty period.
4. Service Warranty
All parts and labor are backed by our 12-month warranty:
- If a part fails within 12 months, we will replace it free of charge
- If our work causes an issue, we'll correct it at no cost
- Warranty claims require the original service order
- Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear
5. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy:
- Cancel with 24+ hours notice: No charge
- Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: $50 fee
- Missed appointment without notice: $75 fee
6. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are applied toward the cost of repair if you proceed with us. If you choose not to have repairs done after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee covers our time and expertise in identifying the issue.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds are available for cash payments under $100.
8. Dispute Resolution
