Services & Pricing
What to Expect
We provide free estimates before starting any work. Once we diagnose the issue, we'll give you a detailed quote with parts and labor costs. We don't proceed until you approve the price. No hidden fees, no surprise charges — what we quote is what you pay.
Absolutely! All our parts and labor are backed by a 12-month warranty. If anything goes wrong due to our workmanship, we'll fix it free of charge. We stand behind every job we do because we believe good work should last.
It depends on the work needed. Most routine services (oil changes, brake jobs) are completed same day. Major repairs may take 2-3 days. When you schedule, we'll give you an estimated completion time and keep you updated if anything changes.
Appointments are preferred and help us serve you better, but walk-ins are welcome when our schedule allows. To guarantee same-day service, we recommend calling ahead at (304) 204-1111 to schedule a time slot.
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and personal checks for established customers. Payment is due at completion of service.
Maintenance Questions
Keeping Your Car Healthy
Most manufacturers recommend oil changes every 5,000-7,500 miles for modern vehicles. If you drive in severe conditions (lots of short trips, dusty roads, extreme temperatures), we recommend every 3,000-5,000 miles. Check your owner's manual for your vehicle's specific recommendations.
Watch for these warning signs: squealing or grinding noises, a spongy or soft brake pedal, vibration when braking, longer stopping distances, or dashboard warning lights. If you notice any of these, schedule an inspection ASAP. Safety isn't something to mess with.
It could be something minor (loose gas cap) or something serious. The only way to know for sure is to run a diagnostic scan. We can typically read the code and tell you what's going on within 20-30 minutes, often for free if you proceed with the repair.
Every 5,000-8,000 miles, or with every oil change. Regular rotations extend tire life and improve fuel economy and handling. We'll check your tires when you come in for service and let you know if they need attention.
Common causes include low coolant, a failing water pump, thermostat issues, clogged radiator, or a blown head gasket. Overheating can cause serious engine damage, so if you see temperature gauge climbing, pull over safely and give us a call immediately.
